If the Apprasier which was your agent had Correctly done his job my loan would have closed 3 weeks earlier, I am still waiting for my refund on my Apprasial due to the Appraiser not doing his job correctly . Mr. Powers said he would request it before I closed and nothing was requested per the information I received from customer service until the day I was scheduled to close.The notary sent did not do their job correctly either.

We were first time home buyers and we did not use a realtor. We expressed this to Todd before we decided to pursue funding through New American. We chose to go with Todd/NAF because he made me feel assured that he was going to be available and understood that we would require some extra support. I know we may have been especially needy clients, but we were honest from the beginning that we would have high needs. We did not receive the level of support we were expecting from NAF.

Brokers talking over customers when they are trying to voice concerns. Info provided was not clear, nor consistent. Will be refinancing after 5 years with my bank. Should have used them instead from the beginning.

I would have liked more clear answers, not being told things will take 1-2 days when they take a week, being told that's all we need then coming back 3 more times for more documents.
