I don't have any specific advice. I do not recall speaking with Ela more than once due to most of our interactions were through email. Most of my questions and advice I got from Bob Hailey. Nothing was bad, I am not dissatisfied in ANY way. I just didn't have as much interaction with Ela to provide a BEST ever review.

right from day one, i have mentioned about exact seller credits that has to be considered as part of closing costs. Just before one day or closing i realized about $2200 of seller credits were not being used. I was not communicated about this. team had more than 2 months to plan things better to make use of seller credits. If they couldn't do it , they should have atleast communicated with me a week before so that i could have worked out something else with builder.

Some communication was unclear as to exactly what needed to be done or there were a couple of redundant asks. Went to website it asked for additional information which we provided. It was not really needed and this was not communicated clearly before we wasted time filling out. I suggest bullet point check lists as to where we need to go and exactly what information is needed to not waste time.
