Less phone calls, and when you do call make sure you rely all information and pricing of services. Make sure the buyer knows all the documentation that you will need, rather than having the buyer hunt down further information last minute. Let the buyer know if you anticipate this might happen. Ask the buyer when appropriate times are for phone calls. Don't treat the buyer like their time is less valuable than yours. Don't push the buyer off on other colleagues without informing them first.

We felt in the dark often while going through the mortgage process. All we needed was updates but sometimes we would know nothing for days. We weren’t even sure we were getting our house until a few days before closing.

The delay and the time of the processing the loan was too long (from May 17 to the closing day June 29) and he and his team asking for the same paper more than 5 times. And when they really know what was the error him and his team or the persons that working the loan always answer and asking for papers and documents in quality of "priority" right after 4:30pm when the majority of the agencies close at 5pm. No recommend this people anymore!!!
