too many emails, then emails to ask if I got the other email. Dusty was great when I had to talk with him on the phone. always a prompt phone call. unfortunately, I would get emails from appraisers (that I didn't expect) and emails from others on the team (that I didn't know were coming). Then when they started repeating, there was no way to know which one you should respond to. plus with all the traffic, others would get lost with in my inbox.

The loan document review process was challenging, at best. Numerous requests were made for additional information some of which seemed unnecessary. The day of and the day before closing there were things identified that could've been reviewed and identified prior to and delayed closing by a couple days and was a huge pain for all other parties involved.

Matt was a good loan Officer and started strong, but as closing kept getting pushed back Matt no longer responded to messages that I sent. He definitely worked hard to get us a program and rate, but as closing ran into problems communication all, but became non existent. The toughest part was working with Mehgan as seemingly with every email and call I placed she was out of the office. Her availability was a big problem in my eyes. Overall I'd recommend the company, but improvements are needed in a few areas.

In the beginning of the process the communication was good but then it dropped off significantly. There was an error on our drive by appraisal that delayed the process and it is not clear how long it would have taken us to be notified if we hadn't reached out. After that there was almost no proactive communicatio, we reached out for updates which was disappointing.
