Its nice to feel like your business matters, especially when you have questions or concerns. Was left with the impression that i didnt matter. Some messages went unansweed for days. No excuse for bad communication. I enjoy being treated like im important when it comes to doing business.

Tried to contact via email and either got no responses, or late responses. Specifically regarding the interest rates and the decline and if we could get a lower rate, he completely ignored those emails. I feel like we were kind of ripped off on the interest rate now.

Sam was great, the interest rate was great, the closing costs were great. When loan processing then took over, it took a nose dive. Poor communication skills with everyone involved. Hard to get anyone to call back in a timely manner. At closing there were over 20 mistakes on the paperwork !! Does anyone proof read these before printing them out ? Still haven't received corrected closing paperwork. Hope it's right ! Your processing is overwhelmed with amt of loans. More staff & quality control !

Lender did a pretty decent job of communicating throughout the process. The lender didn't come to the closing for the buyer, who was a first time home buyer. I was not pleased at all with that.
