It was just unfortunate timing with my original person of contact left. After that the only person of contact I had was Stephanie which was wonderful. but there were some delays or dark periods where I had no idea what was going on due to Tracy leaving. And no one to explain what some documents meant or nuances of the house buying process that I had before with Tracy available

Earlier final underwriting process especially with a complicated account. Communication at the middle messed up our closing date and we had to scramble the last day to delay the closing 2 days. Then communication was back to ok. The other agent for the seller wasn’t happy with how this went either. Since both of the buyers are agents this was overly aggravating when we asked 2 weeks prior to closing what else was needed and we were told we turned it all in. While we understand the complex situation we were not happy that it became a cluster and we got punished and this cost us over $2k more in moving expenses to hold our items overnight due to this underwriter.
