Kevin was good, he did research/ listened & was able to get my mortgage secured at a good rate/ etc. Brandy Pepper, loan assistant, did not communicate well at all (i.e. told her I was on a work trip with no access to personal computer, yet she incessantly called/ texted/ emailed asking for immediate responses...also after receiving answers from myself/ realtor, she continued to email asking for the same info...finally, completely missed an address error on final docs so everyone had to scramble last minute as not to delay closing & I wasn't able to fully read thru 82 pages of docs before signing). NAF "concierge" service was useless & very "spammy" (i.e. call center phone calls asking for my personal info, tried to sell me added services, etc)...only good thing was an email from a rep with links for me to sign up for/ connect my utilities.

Everything went well! It’s not that the experience wasn’t memorable, it just takes a LOT for me to rate something as excellent. Our expectations were met and we’re grateful that Dan and his team moved so speedily for our very quick close.

Our original loan officer, Jon Huss, was always available to run numbers and easily reachable by phone and email. When Jon left Embrace, Brian took over our case just before closing and helped finish the deal.
