proper expectations on next steps, timeline, etc not communicated 3 months to approve a loan is crazy inaccurate/misleading information provided on multiple occasions dont think these things were all Andrew's fault; he was very courteous and I think probably working with the best he had at his disposal

The first loan processor was inappropriate at best. NAF helped me to get a new processor. The staff essentially took a break during the holidays - if that is the case, then discourage or do not allow closings in early Jan. My emails went unanswered during that time. Many times, I was not heard and that resulted in delays and errors - for example, failing to hear me explain the amount I had available for down payment AND closure. There was an error getting paperwork to me causing my closing date to ve be delayed.

Lack of communication throughout entire process ! process took way longer than anticipated due to constantly asking for new documents at end of loan! Would never recommend this company to anyone

I think Brittany started off strong with getting estimates and getting back to my clients but after that it was unfortunately down hill from there. I don’t like to give poor reviews and understand everyone has a bad day but my clients closing was completely chaotic because their loan was messed up and when my client and myself tried to address it we could not get a clear answer as to why the numbers were so off and by thousands! My client is a big numbers person and thanks to her, and her record keeping, she caught the mistake and saved herself $5000 and it was not until she went to Lynn the branch manager the last business day before close to fix it that anything got done about it. There was also no compensation or even an apology for the mistakes and negligence. I am very disappointed, and unfortunately could not recommend your services to anyone else in good faith.

Getting a hold of people was difficult. People waited untik very last minute to obtain the things they needed and asked my employer to verify a million things over and over again. Nikki was great to begin with but then went silent as well. tittle company said they had to verify where wire came from even though it has my banks letterhead on it.
