I was very disappointed that I'd had a closing date for a week, had to call the office and ask about statys and was told I didn't have a closing scheduled. i know the builder informed NAF because I was copied on the email. I felt like I had to stay on top of it because I didn't get affirming communication. Then when I finally spoke to Jan who acknowledged my closing was scheduled she seemed dismissive of my b concern that it was only 3 weeks away.

Nisaa and Jennie were both great communicators, friendly, professional, and eager to help me through the process. However, we were still figuring out final numbers up to the day before closing, and day of closing for my ex husband. Previous companies I have worked with had those numbers a week in advance and less changes occuring, even in more complex situations. I would have preferred that level of service.

I don't have any specific advice. I do not recall speaking with Ela more than once due to most of our interactions were through email. Most of my questions and advice I got from Bob Hailey. Nothing was bad, I am not dissatisfied in ANY way. I just didn't have as much interaction with Ela to provide a BEST ever review.
