Eliminate the videos, give me a hand-out/book to read. Fewer e-mails and if you send one, text me so I know to look for them. Better yet, call me. Tailor your service to the customer. We are in our 60's, not as connected as those in their 30's and more tuned in to personal contact.

Getting into the house is always the best part. What it took to get there and and how last minute some of the requested information was extremely difficult and caused for a complete rescheduling of daily priorities. Being in Japan while handling all of this was a major challenge also. It was for a period of time that the responses were immediate. Later on, i was requested to submit things i had already submitted a week or more prior that I already clarified or submitted. Some of which were from mis-typed names or other information. Although the initial stages were going quickly, this held up and seemed to stall information back to the buyer on the status of their loan application.

too many emails, then emails to ask if I got the other email. Dusty was great when I had to talk with him on the phone. always a prompt phone call. unfortunately, I would get emails from appraisers (that I didn't expect) and emails from others on the team (that I didn't know were coming). Then when they started repeating, there was no way to know which one you should respond to. plus with all the traffic, others would get lost with in my inbox.
