Scott was very pushy. I ended up not working with him and working with the processor instead.

Communication must improve , when the deal is done we should feel good about the deal . Your staff must remain professional at all times EVEN WHEN THE BUYER IS VENTING THIER FRUSTRATIONS about the overall experience .

I delt with so many different people everyone assumed someone else had done things. I was in the dark several times and given confusing information several times. Lastly no one went over the final numbers with me prior to signing the final documents. I was able to figure it out on my own so it's not a totally damning issue but it does turn me off on his office.

More attention to details while preparing the documents and explaining the legal terms of loan documents to first time home buyer will definitely improve the process.

Appraisal on my house was on the low side which was 50 k lower than at least 2 of my neighbors with identical houses. Mine was even the model home for the area. One house sold for 669k which has not been repainted and was the subject of foreclosure. How did this happen? Your documents suck. They were too small to read and we had to do it over and over again. I could not understand your closing costs even with your breakdown. Communication is not your company's forte. Quicken loans is better.

Unfortunately my refinance process that started in the beginning of October, didn't close until beginning of January. I guess my first processor was let go and I was transferred to a new processor about 7 weeks into the process. It still took about 6 weeks after. I had to request new closing costs as the original amount due at closing wasn't revealed to me until 2 hours before I was to close and that amount was off by $400 when the closer came to my home.
