Less about Dan specifically. More that the whole experience was a total cluster and poorly orchestrated, often asking for things to be sent 2-3 times... Dan didn't seem empowered to work across all the people involved and was only the sales guy to get me in the funnel.

His secretaries did not have very good communication with us. We had to send paperwork numerous times because of failure to communicate on their part. They wanted us to deposit money that we did not have to deposit. The secretaries do not have very good communication amongst themselves. We would still like to thank Jose for his work and his help.

Communication is needed for any business transaction to go smoothly. We don't feel the communication was there until the very end of the process.

There needs to be more communication between the loan officer and the processor and the customer. The processor was totally incompetent and unprofessional. It never should have taken as long as it did and if I had not been on top of things and was not calling in for updates we might still be waiting to close.

Communication could have been much better. Never felt confident with the process. I will not and have not recommended NAF for purchasing a home.

At the end before closing we were lied to and given various reasons as to why closing wouldn't happen as planned but none of the reasons were accurate. The underwriters and team were unprepared. We were not told we wouldn't be closing until 2 hours before appointed time. All parties were taking off work and driving a good distance for the closing. Very unpleasant experience.
