There was a lack of communication it was always hard to get a hold of Michael I had to get a hold of his supervisor on multiple occasions. We also had a rate lock issue as well as a realtor kickback percentage issue

Jackie did a good job laying out options and was available as questions came up. However, changes to relevant numbers/dollars/rates and terms could have been explained better or prior to email communications. Having this information explained to us after the fact led to a lot of confusion and frustration. Also, after repeatedly making Jackie aware that the processor (Ana) had poor communication skills and was causing confusion, Ana then botched our loan documents enough to miss closing.

yes so my close date was delayed 3 days because the buyers contract was not read correctly. This made it stressful to all party's involved and there was a potential that the seller could of withdraw of the home sale. Since the CD was not on the correct date it made everyone not happy and move in date was delayed so it hampered with peoples schedules.

Ruth was a nice professional with great customer service skills. However, she was not professional when it came to responding to emails, or sending me the proper documents via email that she promised. I was on the phone with her for an hour and it was a complete waste of time. I will not working with this company again. I have since secured a loan from another company with no run around!
