We got a VA loan. Had I not have read about funding fees on the web and how much they are reduced based on the amount we put down, I would have had a 13000 bill had I put 0 down vs a 4000 bill if we put 10 pct down. That is very important information to educate customers on. That was disappointing. Otherwise contact with us was great and everything was very smooth.

Bill was good at answering texts, even on vacation. My biggest issue were the automated e-mails, incorrect information received, being told to send something when it was done previously. I believe Thrive needs less automation and more personal service.
