Communication at the beginning was great, at the end I was very unhappy with Mat. last 4-6 weeks numbers changed often, was it legit? maybe, but communication sucked!

Things started off quite well. Communication was clear and the process was easy. But as we got closer to closing, I did not have final numbers and I was on a deadline to wire money to the law firm all while trying to coordinate a move and continue my full-time job. I felt like I had to follow-up with folks to get updates. The final numbers came after my deadline to wire the money, so I had to wire extra to be certain. This added a lot of unnecessary stress.

Brad was fine. We had worked with him previously when he was with another loan company and were happy, so we chose to go with him again even though he was with a new company, which turned. The underwriters did not begin looking into our documents until a day or two before closing and multiple people called our employer numerous times with the same questions. We had to push our closing TBD (ended up 1 week) and feared we might lose the house because of it. It was not a pleasant experience overall

I would have liked that the closing package went directly to the closing attorney and not some other address. Otherwise the lender is great
