I had multiple conversations with Mark during the process about a lack of communication and professionalism. We were asked to provide documents multiple times. I had sent a fax on a Sunday that was not found until the end of that week. There was no formal appraisal done -- we were told this was due to COVID.... however, the appraisal did not even have a current picture of our home considering we have made multiple updates. (this space does not allow for enough characters for my full complaint)

Allison was very unprofessional. She very little knowledge and gave me a lot of incorrect information. The incorrect information and mistakes that consistently happened caused me a great deal of problems from start to finish of my home buying experience. It was not a good experience at all.

Robert was unethical and lied to me. Repeatedly asked for the same documents several times. In addition, claimed documents and repeated proof was for underwriting, but then approved closing in less than 24 hours. Pushed closing without consulting all parties. Will NEVER recommend this person or the company.

So many spam-like form emails with no personal info. Given my husband was the primary contact, it still would be polite to hear, "Hi Jessica, as I discussed with your husband, here are the forms we need for your loan." I like to know who I'm communicating with and why and who I'd ask questions. Many were marked URGENT even as the first line of communication. Overall just an unpleasant experience I would not reccomend to others.

I was closing on my house and I needed to sign the final CD. Shelley Stevenson Kinney did not have the paperwork completed! I messaged her at 626pm. She didn’t respond until 752pm stating to sign my documents. I asked her for the link and she stopped replying. I had to call her assistant and thankfully she helped me. The paperwork was not there. They were still working on it. I finally got it at 930pm but the documents were wrong! I get it things happen but an apology can make a difference.

Communication was a disaster. Had my clients tell me he would call me instead of going straight to me, closing times got messed up during to miscommunication, had a tough time getting responses in any form.

Open communication not only with the staff involved but also with staff and client/s. Better organization when it comes to preparing/working on client files. One should not have to send the same information 4 and 5 times not only to the same person but also to other staff members who just ask for documents without even introducing themselves. Felix Ramos and his staff were not profesional and were very unpleasant to work with. Will NOT recommend.
