Too many subordinates involved. Closing was a disaster due to not only numbers not being available prior to closing but having to come up with an additional $1,403.00. We were made to feel ungrateful for the 3.00% interest rate secured/locked for us when we inquired about the then-available 2.7% that we more than qualified for. I wish only the best for the NAF crew.

I found out my loan officer was leaving after not hearing updates for a couple weeks, my loan was just sitting there until I reached out for an update.

The last minute complications were extremely stressful. Appraisals should have been completed sooner. Not including spouse on loan was ridiculous.

Slow on communication. Buyer had better luck communicating with the processor so that helped. But it got done so it all worked.

Julie in processing was way more "hands on" with this transaction. Once I was "signed up" I got automatic canned emails and pushed to processing.
