Envoy was unresponsive to requests for information. They sent incorrect forms to the closing, which was declared invalid, necessitating a second one. By the time it was done properly, I had been forced to take three unpaid days off from work and been unable to collect a half a month's rent for the property I purchased, costing me hundreds of dollars in addition to the stress caused by what was either breathtaking incompetence or utter disregard for their client. Any sort of communication. Not being told by the loan processor that all documents were finished but by the loan officer that documents were missing. Not showing up at the title company for closing and then being told in their office that we would not close and that the income I had documented would actually not count. Having any sort of communication in the over two months leading up to this that would have allowed us to fix the situation prior to having to delay the closing.

Brian Brisebois failed at every opportunity to provide even adequate levels of communication, class, grace, and politeness. He demonstrated unacceptable levels of customer service in not only dealing with me but also my agents. His incompetence and failure to set proper expectations caused multiple delays in closing. He was unable to be reached by phone, text or email, and attended an out of town conference without a backup in place to assist in his absence during a critical juncture of the underwriting process. He offered no apologies.

I was subjected to pressure, threats, refusals and ultimatums to lie on a loan application or the financing would be canceled. I was told rates would drop based on market conditions and then later told that the rate was unaffected by market conditions. Closing costs were much higher than expected
