Your portal is not user friendly. I would have preferred using ONLY the portal to submit documents. After some time, I started to receive EMAILS with requests for additional information, and to reply back using the email. I was extremely leery of submitting personal and private documents via EMAIL. I did not appreciate being “handed off” to multiple people. The person I originally contacted didn’t even take the time to explain WHY I was being “handed off” to another. Again, rude!

Wes was GREAT. In the process, he was easy, communicative, and quick. As soon as I got passed over to Ops, no communication from them, sometimes I wouldn't even get a reply to my emails. I had to ask where we were in the process just to get the paperwork I was expected to sign. I also received the WRONG documents multiple times delaying the closing. I even closed, but had the wrong docs, forcing me to sign closing docs for the 3rd time. TERRIBLE experience with the Ops group.

Logan and his team got the job done. Logan is very knowledgable and thinks outside of the box. The But, I think that the communication and response time could have been better.

Great lack of communication once it got to the processor. Supposed to close 6/11. I called Cameron 6/10 to encourage him to sign the paperwork and get it back to you so we satisfy TRID. He did. You said you had it, we would close June 15. No clear communication between you and Alma Abstract. On 6/14 still no CD. We were told we could have closed on 6/11 AND that we could close on 6/14. CD not ready. Emails saying who is handling this file. A frustrating mess

With no offense intended toward Ms. Garcia, I much prefer using local lenders because they know our market well, they know the local players (appraisers, title companies, etc.), and they tend to overcommunicate, rather than the opposite. Based on the conversations I had with my client, I felt that the terms and of his loan were not communicated effectively and resulted in about $10,000 in out-of-pocket fees that he was unaware of and only became known the day before closing. Everything was great except for 2 things. I started the house buying process without a down payment, looking for grants and programs to help with that. Nate told me right off the bat I was eligible for such programs, but after I dropped over 2k in appraisers, inspectors and Ernest money he dropped a bomb letting me know I wasn't getting a down payment program. I would have had to back out of the deal, losing all that money i spent had my brother not come and help. Also, Nate never told me where
