Jeff was extremely pushy. Constantly asking for pay stubs. I ended up giving him 4 or 5 sets of pay stubs over a 3 month period. I used to have an nmlo license so I know this isn’t necessary

I missed More communication. More calls with clear explanations instead of just text messages. Jason never called me not even to explain the biggest moves, I had to call him. Many steps were confusing, information changed everyday. He got us the mortgage and I am thankful for that, but could have been an easier process.

Alejandro was fine to work with, he was responsive enough throughout the process but honestly, after he got everything locked over and I got paired with Lianna the loan coordinator my experience I never received my final disclosures and saw the final total for closing costs as the attorney was in my home sitting across from my table during the signing. I reached out prior to my close to get the final docs and was told I would receive them prior to close, never did. Next time I'll go somewhere e

The closing process was unpleasant to say the least. I believe I provided everything that was asked of me and at the end was treated unfairly. For someone to tell you that you can’t use any of the money in your account towards closing is crazy. All my money was accounted for through bank statements and pay checks. Everything LEGIT and for the underwriter to put me in a bind like that. I’ve never heard of it. Luckily I had family member with money and they could help me out in a time of need.
