There were unexplainable errors in the processing. My husband and I were on the original loan application. Someone along the way decided to take my income off the application so that my business income would not be considered. A) I don't have a business. B) My income alone is more than enough to qualify for the loan. We were contacted to provide bank statements from a bank we don't have an account with. We had to do a lot of follow up to get through the process. Very frustrating.

My experience working with this agency was the worst. When I ask a question I was definitely given a run around and attitude if not I got no response unless I emailed indicating I had an attitude or was very displeased. Whenever I called I got an immediate response stating on a call or I'm driving and then no call back. When being asked a question I never got a clear or concise responses when I ask a specific question I expected a clear direct answer but unfortunately that was not what I got.

Professional service that service their client. Present information in a timely manner. Supervise and communicate important numbers or information before client receive a call. Call client to keep them informed of whats going on. Don't rush presenting client valuable information on the phone. Use professional voice and use professional tones at all times.

One of the worst transactions with a lender I have experienced in my career. Buyer nor Buyer's agent should not have to pull information and updates about loan status, which is what we had to do every step of the way. Always seemed to catch LaShonda unprepared when I requested an update. Wasn't given update on appraisal until 5 days before closing when I asked for results. Was told the appraisal was good, but found out night before closing it was $70K low. Huge mistake not making us aware

I was referred to NAF from my realtor. Initially my relationship with LaShonda started out well. She was responsive and maintained open communication. But in the final weeks leading up to my closing she was absent & not responsive. Horrible experience!
