I was the worse experience ever this was not my first buy. but Rosario was full of lies changing on the interest rate on and off. false information when closing i just wanted to get it over with. I was owned a Credit not ever half was return to me. all her supervisor where clue less. Please beware with this company they are just to take your money. the logo is all a lie.

Keith is very pleasant and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and knows his subject matter very well and was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him.

Poor management, poor communication, 7 months start to finish.... unnecessarily painful.

Great attention up front but soon to lack customer service. Takes days and almost a week for her to respond. If you are looking for good customer service, I recommend waiting for her to remember the value of a client. I hate writing negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to be as frustrated as we are with her lack of responsiveness.

We had several concerns with our loan and tried to reach out to Ms. Luisa Rosales and never heard back. Since sadly our loan officer was rarely available to answer our concerns. We are very disappointed as to how our file was mishandled, at the end of the transaction the numbers quoted were a lot higher than what was initially quoted. I would truly never recommend anyone, and hope the next client does not go through the nightmare we just went through. Marbella, however was very pleasant.

i was being lied to about when the first payment would come up. i have the proof to show that i was lied to. I would double check with her and still i was being lied to. Her final excuse was " i am assuming i thought we were closing in April. I don't remember I have a lot of loans and we can't always remember to keep track when first payment is". Even after i signed the paper work that said may 1st payment, she still told me 1st payment would be June 1st. I have text for all of this.

Al is not trustable. Has no work ethic. He processed our home loan in 2013 with new american funding. He cornered us with a bad loan. As a consequence, we have been suffering increase on our home payment ' he took our money at the time. When we noticed some of the numbers for the loan were not making sense. We tried retracting from the purchase, he altered the loan numbers making it seem he had adjusted the numbers to our benefit and it was done legaly• couple months after we ocupied our home we started getting outstanding balances from home insurance. We were being asked to pay property taxes that should have been covered during the loan process anyway , I can just keep going, about this individual's lack of morals and values. Why is he still workin with new american funding? Not sure , but they did not seemed to concerned when we tried putting a complaint.

I feel the process could have been smoother and more organized. We were disappointed with all the back and forth requests for additional information daily. In the end there were still inconsistencies from what was originally discussed. We are happy to be done with everything
