I just feel the processing of the file was subpar and I had to be an active part of the loan to make it work. Additionally, documents were requested repeatedly after they were already provided and I had to start getting those same documents from my client and provide them to the processing team so they would not keep requesting them. There were just too many balls dropped during the processing of my client’s loan. Jeff was very nice and has a professional attitude, but that’s not enough.

Better communication. Updates were only received after several attempts to contact a team member. In the end, they got the job done, but the borrower also complained of the lack of communication.

My problem is with Cole... the person who took over my account from Jill. He was the worst. He did not respond to emails in a timely manner, it was nearly impossible to get him on the phone and once I did manage to get hold of him, the information he provided was either contradictory or inaccurate. My original loan close date was the end of May... Cole managed to string it along for several months with no real explanations. Just a horrible experience.

I would have appreciated better communication. I felt the ball was dropped when it came to closing time. The Agent was not present and Lindsay showed up as we were leaving. I was not informed the closing cost were not as discussed and documented prior to Closing.

Better communication on where we are in the process and what the "next steps" would be. I did not know where in the process we were or what to expect next until the last week of closing I received an email with a chart of 4 steps saying we were at step 3.
