Docs didn’t get to title company until 6pm the night before closing. Lack of communication, no return emails or calls, title company called me several times. Left a bad taste .

After the initial flurry of telephone calls in the sale of the loan and us collecting all of our information, the communication dropped off completely. It’s been two weeks since we signed our final docs with a notary, and I have received no guidance from someone at the office on what to do next. Other than putting some things into my plate, like calling a number for my refund, and to set up a new payment schedule… I thought that was their job. Still haven’t heard anything back from my last call.

This feedback isn't for Eric Glick in particular, but for NAF. I started my application with Gateway Mortgage with Addison. It was never explained to me that Addison would no longer be involved. I was passed to Eric, but mostly dealt with by Cari. Almost all communication was via email or forms. It felt very mechanical. I was only asked for additional information on this loan on the day before closing which was very stressful and frustrating.

I was told by the buyers that she recommended Cheryl Fuss list the house when I had it listed. Very unprofessional. Also, when I recommended they get a HELOC which would have removed lots of stress from the whole transaction I was told that she did not think that was a good idea.

I had a horrible experience from New American Funding. My 45 day escrows turned into 90 days one of which is still not finished, with very little corespondents. I would not have received any updates if I wasn’t the one who contacted NAF myself. The loan processors Ashley and Paula have been the only people that appear to be trying to help. I will never refer anyone to New American and I was severely let down by this company.
