In the beginning I felt there was no communication between the lender and my clients. My clients complained that no one contact them for weeks after the loan was submitted. I even reached out to say they would like some communication from someone, The end was good, because had Jane not gotten on the case of the appraiser we would not have close for at least a week later. I believe the appraiser did not do the appraisal until the day of walk through, which delayed the closing for two days.

I explained from beginning the refi must include both addresses as well as appraisal. Time after time I had to explain and catch mistakes. Closing kept being delayed. My first closing had to be cancelled as it did not include 2nd address. Another attempt to close and noticed escrow was not including taxes and insurance on 2nd address. The 2nd address is my mother in law apartment on top of my garage. It had to be included. Mike

Transaction was very easy, quick turnaround. Jason was very helpful and communicative at the beginning of the process. However, several voicemails and emails went unanswered. After all documents were submitted, 0 communications went out in regards to next steps besides the automated "Congratulations, next steps email" I currently have an email and voicemail into Jason as to why the final disclosure documents did not matching the closing documents, this was not communicated prior to the notary

On closing day, we we’re scheduled at 11 AM and we’re sitting there waiting until after 2 to close (I actually had to leave my Buyers as I had other appointments) and we had no communication. Myself and the client had to reach out several times before he finally responded. He claims to have been in a meeting but there’s no excuse not to communicate the truth of the closing situation. We felt left out in the cold and disappointed.
