Spoke w/Bob Haft 1/2 ref. refinancing, he was to send info/amount of interest savings on 1/4. On 1/4 no word.1/5 nothing, finally on 1/8 I wrote Bob: "Bob, I haven't heard back from you and am wondering where we are at with this. We are interested in moving forward. We would like to see an estimate of savings if we go with the 15 year loan. Thanks!" On 1/8 Bob replied: "sorry for the late response I will get working on estimate for you later today." It is 1/15. Still not a word from Bob.

It’s been like pulling teeth with this company. I would definitely not recommend to go with this company. It seems like they are very flaky . When I was doing the final closing documentation ,I was never even giving direction as in when it was going to fund or I how I was going to get the funding. I had to reach out to the supervisor for his assistance. And even then he told me it would fund possibly Monday but yet it’s already Thursday and I have received nothing. I picked the wrong lender.??

In my personal experience I had a very difficult time trying to get ahold of him and was even worse trying to get a call back from him. He told me all the paperwork was ready to go and we were just waiting for the loan to get accepted when a week passed I received an email about cancellation due to Edward not doing his part to start my application. I had to speak to a separate person just to stop the cancellation. The rate was great but service was the worst I’ve had during my time as a customer

Worst communication. She is unprofessional and extremely unorganized person. I heard more about how her kids are stressing her out and excuses that she needed to leave to get meds for her dog. Documents were never properly distributed to correct errors.

Communication and return phone vm/emails. Sean Alexander did not respond to us after several attempts of weeks/months. I contacted his manager Chip and he was very helpful in getting us answers along with getting Sean to do his job. Thank you Chip.

It started out very well and Sarkis Organyan was super helpful and friendly. Every time I called he picked up the phone, but as time went on I couldn't get in touch with him and his mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. It also took months for me to finalize the loan. Then just before we were to close they added a fee and didn't tell me about it and sent it over for me to sign the document thinking I wouldn't see it. Then once I closed I never got any documents. DON'T GO WITH THEM!
