Grace was amazing. Steve troutwood or whatever flat out should be written up. The guy ditched me during the process and refused to return my messages and calls. I requested another person and got Jeff. He got the job done but I would go weeks without hearing from him. He also responded to calls in a unprofessional way, one being with our realtor. I’m glad the company was there for me with a no score loan but during the process I wished I had credit so I didn’t need to deal with this company

Jeffrey was attentive and followed up with me. There were many people with whom I interacted throughout this process and it seems like the bumps along the way and areas of dissatisfaction I had were not directly Jeffrey's fault. The interest rate should have been considered for a lower value. In addition, closure details were not provided until the end of the process; had the process steps and other details been communicated earlier, it would have been a great help.
