Henry was not a bad and Eddie. Eddie lies and is a chicken shit. Saying he was told his phone did not work by IT was BS and I knew Getting the appraiser to change the appraisal is unethical and the 2 real estate agents are talking with the closing attorney on what action can be taken against and Eddie and the appraiser. We did not know about the change until 4 hours before the closing. Eddie's attitude is unprofessional and if he worked for me I would fire him. I think that say enough

Heather never called when she said she would. It would be days later. She never returned messages in a timely manner. always asked for updated info of bank statements and credit cards yet never updated my information showing payoffs and balances. Said I didn't qualify and would not even attempt for me to go conventional. It wasn't until Paola got involved that things started happening. Paola was wonderful. not enough room for me to continue.

Chris was fine when he got back to you! It took months for this loan to settle. I emailed Chris many times and he very rarely responded. most of the time issue was created by the Loan Processing department but Chris was no help during that process. This was the second loan with Chris. very disappointed!

Absolutely horrible experience with Theresa. She approved us for a loan, we found a house, put an offer on it, it was accepted and we were in the process of closing and Theresa pulled our loan stating that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac changed thier policies. After investigating this, it was found that this was completely untrue. Dishonest and lacking ethical integrity, I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. I will never understand how she can do that to a family and sleep at night especially

What would make it better is if Gary was a man of his word. Gary and Claudia were quick to answer their phones when they wanted our loan to go through and once that happened my husband and I left many voicemails and emails. We cannot get either one of them to call back. We were charged an extra fee Gary said he would cover but since it technically came out of my fathers pocket at closing he thinks he doesn’t have to honor his word. Very disappointed in both Gary and Claudia.

Mutual client requested that l (Realtor) be kept in the loop throughout the process. I was continually left out of important updates and information was not clearly communicated. There were several hiccups along the way that I should have been notified of so I could ensure our mutual client did not fall out of contract. I was treated unprofessionally and not as a part of the team throughout the process. Teamwork makes the dream work. Communication is key~hope this will be worked on!

During the entire refinancing process I had a very difficult time getting in contact with Nathan or anyone else working on my loan. There was a huge lack in communication regarding when my closing would take place and what was required at closing. My closing was originally scheduled on a Wednesday and I was told I would not need a witness, I was also NOT told the amount I would need to pay at closing. The night before my scheduled closing I received a call stating my closing was being postponed.

Was told the wrong closing date, no communication or return of phone calls. Feel like that once he knew he had a commission coming, I was no longer important, just worried about the next customer / closing. However, his manager (Kip), was honest and helpful. Will never do business with this company again or recommend to anyone! I originally asked not to be assigned to Khalil, because it was pretty much the same last time.
