Nichole had a great communication with me, I mean she communicated all the details understanding that I am a new homebuyer. But during the process there were several changes in my documentation, I had to sign papers that I already signed, several "corrections", but I don't remember to had a mistake. Because of that I had a lot of questions, when search for Allison or anyone from NAF. Now NAF doesn't know anything about load 3000320728, that concerns me a lot.

She had very little communication with my client. My buyer would email her and call Nichole and could never get a hold of her. The only way she could get a hold of her was if she called Lori to communicate with Nichole. Waited until the last week to finally lock my clients rate.

Rushed to close in August when I said that Sept was more convenient. We sent all information but when we went to closing the paperwork with CD was not there and had to be back the next day to experience the same waiting game.

Jason did an good job, but his processing staff was poor at best. The processor had the condo docs for at least 3 weeks prior to signing, however she never submitted until the last minute, I literally didn't know what was happening with closing docs until the morning of Sept 5th, my signing date. I wasn't told of a desk review, it was disclosed when I signed the early CD. That is typically a cost picked up by the lender, I shouldn't have been charged a desk review, I am requesting a refunded.

I felt that Jason himself was available and communicated with us if we had questions, but his “team” would email us with requests that had already been submitted or they wouldn’t be clear on what would be needed or how to get it. We felt like we had to do a lot of the work for them. It was frustrating and I don’t feel like him and his team had a good process in place to make this process smooth.

Improved communication. I felt that Dominic was skilled and the process was second nature to him. However, it was not to me. There has been a lot of shady mortgage deals in recent years. With my home on the line, I need to understand, up front, what is happening. I was in a position, a couple of times, that I had to stop the process, not sign something, and get clarification before proceeding. I would have felt more comfortable and the process would have been smoother, with more info up front.
