We started off on the wrong foot when I asked him to do some prelim numbers for our client on a house they liked. This did not work too well for Frederick. His responses and how they were written were not welcoming and indicated to me that we would not be able to have a good working relationship for the sake of our client. After that I had our clients contact Frederick directly if I needed anything or had any questions. However our clients loved Frederick and that's all that matters!

It would have been nice if Mark was more available, or answered any of my phone calls, and some of my emails. There was no communication between Mark and Karen. Karen kept asking me to send her files that Mark already had. I'm surprised that I had to come up with the interest rate options and pitch them to Mark instead of the other way around. I like Mark, he's a nice guy; I just didn't feel like he was there for me when I needed him. This loan took much longer than I feel it should have.

Initial communication was strong, but once I was locked in it felt impossible to get my questions answered. I still have lingering questions I sent Zac over a week ago that I haven’t seen a response to.

Communication was subpar. The refinance process took entirely too long compared to other companies.. Had to get a manager involved a couple of times to get the ball rolling along again. Was told the refi would be a “zero out of pocket closing, no appraisal fee”. The day before closing We were told to bring a little over $800 to the table. A manger had to fix that issue as well. Was not really happy with the process overall.

In the beginning, communication was great & I was told I would have one contact throughout the duration of funding. New people were continually added to the communications, requesting information & additional signatures for duplicated papers. I had to request progress updates of the appraisal & loan. Closing was delayed 2 weeks from the originally anticipated date. I can say, the final contact person was GREAT! I am happy to lower my interest rate, but the overall process was frustrating.

Fine. Nothing memorable. Seemed passive-aggressive throughout (both loan officer and processor). Got the deal done without any issue though, so thanks.
