Loan did not close on time, which would have been acceptable had we been communicated with prior in the week that there could be a delay. We sat a closing table for over an hour waiting to be told that it would be delayed. No reason why was presented at the time. The moving truck, movers, the buyers with children, not to mention the seller all would have been better off knowing before the fact than to be surprised at the last minute.

Better communication with everyone working the loan, no clear explanation as to what they needed. Had to get my manager involved to resend the same email many times and was already the way it was requested. The refinancing was more painful and jump through more hoops than the purchase the same home with the same loan company.

At the beginning everything was great. Celina was great and made the process as easy as it could possibly be. The end was a mess. The week before closing I made it known to all parties (realtor, Celina) that I would have limited access to my computer. I got a call three days into my vacation telling me if I wanted to close on time I would need to get a document sent "today" and updated docs. I dropped everything and got it done. We still did not close on time and communication was cumbersome.

The beginning was great. Andrew communicated well and helped us to get a great rate. He provided regular updates and answered all of our questions. He was always kind and courteous. Once we started to get closer to closing, it became increasingly difficult to get any updates from Andrew and the team. The day of closing was a nightmare - no one answered our calls and emails and the entire day took NINE hours. I can’t fit all my feedback into this form but if you want the rest, let me know.
