There were charges that I asked to be removed and you reapply them without my consent. You did not modify the price of the house before the seller signature and I ended up loosing 1,500 dlls. And a disrespectful attitude from Art Aguilar when closing.

this dude just cold called my cell phone and attempted to get me to sell my house. when I told him his call was illeagal that I've never done business with him nor requested a call from him so his phone call was illegal due to being on a national do not call list he said he doesnt care and Michael jackson laughed as haha and hung up on me. I highly advise NEVER doing business with him or anyone assoiciated with him.

My husband and I called Chris to help us with a mortgage. We knew it would be tight because we had some debt that needed paid off. He NEVER called us on the phone. It was ALL done online. We are not experienced at all with buying a home. We needed someone to help us and show us which debt to pay off. He ran our numbers and we NEVER heard from him again. He refused to help us figure out what we needed to pay off. Unfortunate for him because we actually had the cash to pay off more than half of what our debt was. We went with a different broker. Her name is Bobby Brown, she is out of Canton. Don't waste your time with this "branch manager", he clearly doesn't WANT to do his job.

I would not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. And I wasn't even the one getting a loan from them. Unfortunately I was the seller of the home their client used to purchase my home. What was to close on 4/27/16 didn't close until 5/20/16 and which almost caused me to loose the home I was to buy. I would not recommend Michael Thompson from their company to do your mortgage or any lending features. But I will not tear them all apart because what one person does, shouldn't reflect the hard work some other lenders do for the Kelly Team. My complaint is only towards one person and my goal is that he will never do what he did to my buyers to anyone else. So please be aware and like anything else please do your research.
