My dealing with Robert himself was all very good. Once we got to the point where the loan was approved the "closing team" was very apoor. For reasons unbeknown to me, they repeatedly had to get payoff balances for two weeks in a row which pushed us past the expiration date on the interest rate. I had to pay an additional fee for the extention. Twice I was called to sign the closing papers and was not notified the appointments were canceled so they could get new payoff updates. The communication on most of the team members parts was poor . And the thing that most upset me about my experience was being asked for documents the day before closing that should have been asked for weeks prior , causing our closing date to be delayed.

Oftentimes I would receive an out of office message from him. At the beginning and in the middle of the contract, that's ok-ish. However, lender didn't have docs to title for the client's mobile closing and it created a lot of chaos at the very last minuted. We were trying to get ahold of Logan and got an out of office email. The person it said in the OOO message to email for a response never responded either. The loan processor also asked for an amendment the morning of the mobile closing to change the city name when it was actually listed correctly, which made everything at the last minute even more stressful.
