Please do the Real Estate community a favor and strip Roberts lending license from him. I have nothing personal against Robert however, everyone on this file (Escrow, Buyer, Tc and I) all agree that his lack of communication and knowledge helped turn a "21 day escrow" into a 60+ day. There were numerous road blocks during the purchasing process of this home. Initially, the appraisal was postponed without my consent after the inspection negotiations took a few days. Then the appraisal was not rescheduled reasonably. Then they were still asking me for financial documents from me and my accountant on the last days before closing, in the middle of tax season. Fortunately, I was able to accomodate their requests, but overall seemed unprepared and disorganized.
