Everything started out wonderful until I found the home I was interested in and then the communication failed. I was not informed of any changes, it took a week to get a returned phone call and I wasn't notified that my closing date was changed until the day after. Luckily I called the closing attorney and she told me the new closing date. I was truly disappointed with the lack of communication with the amount of technology we have today.

For having the title as a Sr loan specialist James seemed very inexperienced and usually gave me inaccurate information regarding my loan.

Our loan was delayed 4 days and we as buyers were charged and was not our delay it was your loan officer requested documents last minute we would request updates and wouldn’t get answers till a couple of days after very hard to get a hold of loan officer and no communication like how I said documents were requested last minute if documents were requested with in time loan would of been ready

Loan was proceses late and we got charged the late fees when it was the loan officers side not ours and our calls were hardly ever answered our loan got approved but it was a big headache not a good experience

It would have been better if my calls were answered or returned, if I was updated on the status of my loan, if the Information needed was requested in a timely manner so I was not forced to stay in a hotel for 3 nights and pay to store a U-Haul for 3 nights. Would have been better if I would have had clear expectation set on when I'd be able to receive the keys to my home rather than sit in a park for 3 hours waiting for A Callback/update. She Made purchasing my first home a nightmare. Thanks.

When there is a defined deadline to close on a short sale, missing it is unacceptable. Would never recommend this lender due to failure to monitor and follow up for urgencies, or leave someone else in charge in an absence.
