No one seemed to pay attention to detail. There are two borrowers on the loan and EVERYONE involved would mix up the info between the two different people. Poor communication within... very frustrating

Hard to get ahold of her. She was always unable to talk on the phone and instead only wanted to text or email. To many variables with emailing and texting.

I received a call from the loan officer a day before closing. She indicated that the loan processor had not been able to verify employment for the buyers. She said she had tried unsuccessfully for several weeks. In addition to that, she also said that the buyers needed to deposit two months of mortgage payments into their bank account. All this is happening the day before closing! The branch manager got involved and my buyers were able to close on their house. Not the best experience.

I never received a personal message from Tania and Holly often took days to reply and most times didn't address all my questions. Not once did I speak with Tania on the phone. I called twice and her voice mail was full. Unreliable and distant. Please sell my loan

To start call my wife by her name and not someone else. Dont tell me I dont qualify for programs I dont and I have to read to you word for word of of a public website that I do. Working with alma was a nightmare from day one. Then all of the other people i am getting emails from I have never even talked to

A simple refi of an existing loan where the loan to value rate was 50% should not take 2 and a half months to complete. We were told no appraisal was necessary, yet we incurred $650 in appraisal fees, and when questioned about that, I was told that I misunderstood. Overall a sad and regretful experience.
