Worst experience I’ve ever had. They never answered my texts, calls, emails, they set up meetings they never arrived to, they had me Going nuts for over a year, I gave up on them, picked a home and another lender and was closed in 20 days. If you want a headache this is the place.

DO NOT USE THIS LENDER! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! CANDI AT FIRST TOLD US WE WERE DECLINED, THEN THE SAME DAY CALLED US AND SAID WE WERE APPROVED, AND AN ENTIRE MONTH LATER, AFTER WE HAD ALREADY SIGNED FOR OUR HOUSE AND PUT MONEY DOWN FOR OUR LOT, TOLD US THAT WE WERE DENIED AGAIN. IN OUR INITIAL VISIT CANDI ADVISED MY FIANCE TO PAY AN OLD DEBT THAT WAS NOT EVEN AFFECTING HIS SCORE, AND IN DOING SO IT IS NOW AFFECTING HIM VERY BADLY. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS. EVERY OTHER LENDER/ CREDIT ADVISOR WE HAVE SPOKEN TO HAS ASKED US WHY ON EARTH ANYONE WOULD TELL HIM TO PAY THAT DEBT OFF WHEN IT WAS ALMOST COMING OFF OF HIS CREDIT REPORT. WE ARE GETTING OUR HOUSE, NO THANKS TO CANDI AND WHOMEVER HER MANAGER IS WHO ADVISED HER.

Communication was awful and at times very difficult to get a hold of Edwin. Our closing date got changed 6 different times. We weren't informed of a lot if things till last minute (such as termite inspection, septic inspection, having enough money in our account at closing to have 1st month mortgage also). Due to all the delayed closing because Edwin could not get all the proper documents in a timely manner the seller of the house started charging $100 per diem until we closed that I had to pay!

Mark was not very pleasant. He made the home buying process extremely stressful. He was very condescending when speaking with my husband and I. We spoke to our realtor about the process and wanted to find a new lender. She spoke with Mark regarding our concerns and we worked with his partner Stephanie. While dealing with both we received conflicting information in regards to what was needed to complete the process. Also, we were told conflicting dates of when to have our closing money.

I should have gone with a different company because the experience was despicable. It was so difficult and awful that even our realtor said she would never use this company again, let alone Jannette.

Tell me what documentation I need. then dont follow it up by asking for more documents at 6:30 p.m on the Tuesday before closing saying I need to submit 11 more documents by noon tomorrow. Definitely don't do it twice. Make sure the appraisal is valid before 5 p.m the day before closing
