Better communication was expected. We had some roadblocks, but the process took much longer than expected.

Communication was poor. I was first told my loan would close before Christmas but didn't close until February. The cost changed on me multiple times and I was misinformed on a cash out option.

Bart was good , closing agent dropped the ball , then which caused me stress, Bart said she is no longer working there, good but that didn’t help me or wife when there asking for more paperwork at last moment , I was trying to do this while out of town on work

Better communication , organizing what all documents are needed at one time. Overall discussions that I had on phone was pleasant and I am sure hands were tied.

The closing was delayed and it seemed that balancing the ALTA statements was at the heart of the issue.

Full explanations of all options were not clear. Timely information in writing was not made. Repeated information had to be provided that was already submitted.

It was the holidays, but we would call and never get a call back or a within a reasonable response time. I was pretty disappointing especially when we had questions. I will not recommend Bill.

The number (cash to close) we were given to bring to closing was wrong. We signed all paperwork during our closing appt and left the title company and didn’t hear about the issue until 7pm that night. We had to then come up with the additional funds, get a cashiers check the next morning, and deliver it to the title company. This was very stressful and very challenging given that my husband and I both work full time. We then had to go thru and sign amendments to documents we had originally signed the day before. Our agent was then letting us know signing was time sensitive and the lender had the nerve to call our agent indicating they were worried about getting the paperwork signed ASAP in order to close before end of day. If they had done their job correctly the first time none of this would’ve been an issue.
