Keith was helpful and communicated with us to get to Closing, the issue i had was with Closing. We were delayed AT the closing table for 5 hours because of an oversight on the part of the UW department or Processing department on a simple verification of funds. It added an unnecessary level of stress to an otherwise fairly smooth process. That part was disappointing, however, we got it done. We appreciate the effort the team took to get us thru a tight closing schedule. Thank you.

it seemed to be a pretty easy process right up to the end.

The beginning of the process was great. At the end there was a lack of communication and coordination with the banks and lawyers which left us scratching our heads on when the close date was, what final closing costs would be etc.

Overall, the experience was fine. It felt very automated, like an assembly line, not overly personal. Our past experience with a local bank was more personal, and didn't just feel like a transaction.
