My biggest concern was lack of timely response from Damon. I didn't feel that he spent time explaining things enough. Monet Rodriguez, on the other hand, was very good in responding to me and assisting me.

My first Loans officer Matthew was very communicative, pleasant and on the ball with relaying any and every step of the loan process. Samuel on the other hand " the processor" , was horrible at communicating. You could never get him no matter how important the matter was. Always had to go through Matthew. A day or two before closing I was informed that Matthew no longer worked for the company hence Caroline was assigned the case file. She did pretty well for the day or two she had with the case. As it relates to Matthew, it is a true loss of a great loans officer and communication specialist to New American Funding. He always made us feel as though we were of the outmost importance to the company. If he were still there , then I'd make the recommendation to any one to work with him
