Andy is awful at communicating with his customers. I would ask a question and would go days without an answer. He contradicted himself as far as how things would go and I ended up having to scramble to get 1500 dollars together in a matter of days due to him misinforming me. I will never recommend his service to anyone and if I could go back I would have never went through this process with him if I had known how miserable it would be.

Dave was usually responsive to questions, but we did not like working with him. He explained financing options, but when I told him what we wanted to do, he kept pushing us to go different directions. It was as though he didn't want to listen to us. Before we closed, I reviewed the closing documents for our new home, and I compared it to the estimated closing documents on our previous home. There was a significant gap between how much we would walk with from our previous home and how much he was using for our down payment. When I questioned him on it, he said that we'd be lucky to walk with anything. I felt as though I was always talking to a brick wall, and I simply gave up. Ironically, we keep getting mail from him - birthday cards, Happy July 4th cards, etc. I don't want anything to do with him or his company. Ugh!

Janeen dropped the ball tremendously, costing my clients over a thousand dollars and almost caused them to lose their new home. She changed the buyers loan program after binding contract without disclosing and eventually found out that the buyers she issued a pre approval on had no credit to purchase with. Janeen decided to wait until the day before closing to alert all parties that we couldn’t close. Once it was clear Janeen had messed up, she refused to communicate any further.

Theresa was absolutely TERRIBLE. She enticed me away from another lender with a low rate, then was not able to fund my loan. She was unresponsive and went on vacation knowing my loan was very time sensitive. She provided no support and redirected me to her boss Armando Roldan and their process Liesa Sykes. They were all terrible and all offered differing advice. Theresa, Armando and Liesa should not be working in finance, they should be working in a circus with the rest of the monkeys and clowns

The communication was terrible. Deadlines and important dates were communicated to our clients and not to us. Miguel went on vacation and we didn’t even know. Client was not even advised of the cash to close amount or date/time or closing. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lender.

Too many mistakes were made, one completely avoidable. Alex failed to take advice, follow industry standards, and adhere to regulations. There was no review of or proper accounting flow to closing documents or financial disclosures, I and others are certain that financial irregularities are present. Even the title agent commented. Federal/State authorities will be contacted. New American Funding, as a company? Unresponsive, uncaring, and obviously in support of shoddy business practices.

I was not pleased with my experience because: 1. I was offered a interest rate lower than when I closed. 2. I was going FHA and the home didn’t qualify, so I had to go conventional. 3. Chris tried to talk to me about important things while he was using the worst Bluetooth connection ever. 4. Being available for a question is important to your customers. 5. I should have closed two weeks before, but because “we are backed up” or “we are slammed is not an excuse. This Veteran, not happy.
