The company was great during the process. The Atlanta staff were great. I never met Melissa. She didn't come to my closing. She was not there, She did not call to congratulate me on my new purchase. Just very dissatisfied in her.

Everything is fine and dandy till it comes time for them to adjust ur escrow. Save urself the headace and go with a better mortgage company if you are can.

I thought purchasing a home for the first time would, be a happy time however i have had the worst experience dealing with these people the communication level was terrible i would have to call, text, and email just to get an answer Rebecca M. has an attitude issue so i was not a happy customer if it was not for me reaching out to the Branch Manager Oscar Reto who knows what would have happened. almost like they lost my file towards the end and had to start over..TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Be aware!!!

At the begging, the experience with Tyler was great. However, at the closing, there were several items that were missed by Tyler, including how the loan will be funded. I am not sure if this was Tyler's fault but I view this review as my total experience with NA. We did get the home we wanted and like the terms of the loan. We just had more stress then seemed required.

Horrible customer experience would accurately describe this experience. Have the wording of the letters you need from the bank written out so that your customer doesn't have to wastes hours and days at the bank trying to properly word a letter so that the underwriter will accept it. Also, don't request customer to have bank lie & say that the customer wasn't on that banks account. Lying on bank loan application is a Federal Crime you know. Outrageous lending fees, points and mortgage fees.
