As for all items up front. If there are clarifications, explanations, or other required documentation after the 1st round request, then everything should be asked for at that time. Going into 3 or 4 additional requests, is time consuming and makes me question why didn't you ask for it the 2nd time. So, I look at this as an opportunity to improve processing/processes to become more efficient. BTW, I have intentions of purchasing 2 to 3 more properties this year.

I felt the communication should have been more consistent particularly when there were issues and delays or just communicating with the process and expectations. The Christmas holiday and early January there was minimal correspondence, and I felt the application was going to be rejected due to the lack of information. It started great but as it went, I was the one who had to ask the status or if information was received. I would still recommend you but think those things could be improved. I am only saying this because you asked. Mortgages and re-financings are emotional and nail-biting for a client and sometimes they need their hand held thru the process. Regardless, thank you for getting this done for me. You put me in a better position.

The process took a very look time between requests for information. It would have been nice is someone was responsible for emailing client and reassuring them that things were in process. I had to email a couple of times since I didn't know what was happening. One time no one even replied to my email. It was very frustrating. I believe the office is short staffed in all areas of the process which causes delay and lack of communication.
