You need to avoid this place, look at all the reviews. They are all from people with only 1 review on google. NAF forces clients to leave reviews, or has the assistants do it. These folk tried to disrupt my life. Glad to have gone with a local lender. Completely different experience. Please think twice before working with Linda and her crew. NAF has very high turn over

Wow Linda Ferrell and Andrea Carlisle under the direction of Sam Ellsworth are a scary force. If you have had to deal with Linda I am very sorry. She lies to your face and his a very senseless person. She will ask your wife who just had a kid to go back to work rather then do her job to approve your loan. Don't waist your time. We went with a local mortgage company and they got the process done in 23 days. After 3 months Linda was still telling us lies. This company does not work for you the customer.

Being a single mom I can get all the help necessary, I got my score and according to Robert 1 of the 3 didn't showed, he told me "i will call you back today and let you know if you qualify". I never heard from him again, I try to get a hold of any one I never got an answer back. Very disappoint it and frustrated with this company. Not a good experience in my case.

Never again, this place gave me an incorrect quote on closing costs so they they added like three grand to my closing cost at the last minute and when I told them I didn't have the money because I came up with the amount not the original amount plus 3000 I was originally told. I also had to meet with a notary because they made multiple mistakes on the paper work. In addition they sold me mortgage without giving me notice I found out the because the auto payment never came out. Apparently that is common practice here. I would never recommend new american funding to anyone.

I receive several unwanted, unsolicited calls per day from this business Update: This is the second time I've called and been told I was placed on your do not call list yet I'm still receiving calls. Your business is a pestilence.

This company is the worst! They can't get an approval after 2 month. I gave them every document they asked for within the first 2 weeks and 2 months later they asked for all the documentation again. They make a lot of promises and can't come through with any of them. They never answer the phone or return calls. You can only get ahold of them through email and you won't get a response back for a couple days. I don't know how they stay in business this way? Maybe it's just the one loan officer. Randy Barton.Just terrible business. I finally got approve somewhere else.

Don't waste your time. You'll have nothing but problems through the whole process. Don't Mistake their apparent success for competence or a good experience. The market is doing good so all the banks are lending money. Go to somebody who knows what they're doing.
