Chao was helpful and always prompt in responses however there were some opportunities with his communication. In multiple instances, I was asked to email the same documents time and time again because they had not been received. Additionally, when Chao responded to my emails, he often times left questions unanswered.

It would have been nice if stuff was better explained. I wasn't happy with getting alot less back than I had hoped. Also had to do a 20 year with a higher interest rate

Not so many different people involved in the process. Kept getting passed off to the next person in the process and have more interest and less destructions. When we got a little unsure of the process I reached out and no one got back in touch with me. Then the paper was wrong so we had to repeat the process. Unpleasant to say the least.

I didn’t get the amount I was originally told I was going to get. New American Funding charged $8705 which is a lot more that what my previous Lender was charging. And the only reason I came with New American Funding was because I was told that I was going get me more money than my other lender and they lied about that.
