Better communication and updates. Found more from my real-estate agent than my lender who had more concern when there were issues with golfing than taking care of the concerns at the time that i and real-estate person was trying to find out and take care of. Upset both of us at the time.

My loan was not treated as a priority and there was several errors throughout the process that were very difficult to deal with. In the end, NAF made it right but it was not an easy process.

We have had Bjorn involved with each of our four home purchases. He has been our go-to guy every time. We didn’t even look elsewhere because we have always trusted him to handle our mortgages. This, by far, was the most hands-off he has ever been with us. It was difficult to connect with him at times. I also referred his services to my boss, who purchased my home, and she was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication she felt she received. I’m sad to say I felt bad having referred her with the experience she had, as again, we have ALWAYS had nothing but fabulous experiences with Bjorn. Additionally, most businesses acknowledge referrals in some way or another, but this was not the case here. In all, perhaps it is partially due to the process being more fully online, but in our many years of experience with Bjorn, this process was inconsistent with his typical hands-on, personal service.

Sujan Ahmed was actually pretty responsive. The service I received from him was the reason I continued to work with the company. It was the people who the loan was handed off to that were non-responsive, did not answer questions, and the reason I would not recommend this company to work with in the future.
