Just seemed to be very all over the place with document request and seemed like alot of stuff was needed last minute when we could have been working on it for weeks or longer. Not the easiest experience to go through and it just added alot of stress. Still dont understand how we had to pay so much more than originally told when my credit, saved money, etc only improved.

There was a big problem with getting the appraisal from the appraiser. When the appraisal was received we had to push the closing out several times due to the appraisers notes.

Not drag your feet and take so long to process things. Days upon days. It took forever and even last minute yall needed even more documentation. Just an overwhelming experience that I feel could have been executed much faster.

Several instances information was given to us that wasn’t accurate. I think our experience would have been better had we been given information about our loan options that we actually qualified for. Instead it felt like several little disappointments. Everyone was very nice but seemed to get information that wasn’t always correct or even current.
