My experience was okay, just not the level of communication I am used to with other lenders. No weekly updates and very poor communication regarding appraisal outcome. Other than that , the closing was fine .

I would prefer to remain anonymous. I am VERY grateful she was able to get this transaction over the finish line. It was a very difficult transaction. Her creativity and diligence and sheer force to get this done was very commendable; however, her communication (grammar, spelling, and texting the wrong people information needs a LOT of improvement. She was texting information that should not have been sent to the seller's agent in threads that my seller's agent was also part of. Texts were full of typos and grammatical errors I think because she was using speech-to-text and not checking them before hitting sent (this happened A LOT). She didn't save people she was texting in her phone so she had no idea who she was texting at times. I think if she was able to get a handle on those types of communication - training on Dos and Don'ts and helpful tips, and mastered it, I would totally refer her again. I really do appreciate her and was very grateful, but the communication was embarrassing and was risky.

More communication about the status of the loan. The client told me when he was asked to do something for the lender, but I never heard from the lender. If we are supposed to be a team, I would think I should have been in the loop.

Always had to reach out to get information. even had to call twice to even get quotes and start the process. never received quote until after i received paper to sign. zero communication on status.
