The only issue we had experienced was the timelines of the process. I understand that delays happen, but if there was a bit more communication, we would have had more peace of mind. Other than that, everything worked out in the end and Robert made sure we were taken care of. Thanks so much, Robert!

We felt our questions and concerns took a while to get answers back on, and once a couple of emails. Some of the changes that occurred in the contract were not expressed to us in advance and we had to figure them out for ourselves (such as solar issue). We also really did not like that the notary had to come into our home for signing as we thought it would be conducted outdoors given COVID concerns. Lastly, we did refer a family member to your services but we don't believe they ever heard back

This process took about three months longer than it should have. The underwriters ask too many stupid questions. My file went through several hands and nobody leaves notes so they didn't know what was going on.
