Communication is horrible . Make promises he could not fillful Lure me in with grants total $16,000 plus $1000 for first responder. Never told me it was income base, then was told I am 40% over the required income for the grant. then told me it would cost about 32,000 to close and i signed the disclosure . Then told me I it would cost like 48,000 because of my income and I would have to pay my car and 1 credit card off. when the loan processor took over i closing cost was 58,000 then 62,300 because of the taxes . Andrew lied about everything and blamed everyone else for His mistake. ii did not even get a single grant or the $1000 for being forst responder . Andrew is horrible!!!

This was an absolute horrible experience. I am not exaggerating when I say this was bad. From start to finish there was issues. I always had to reach out to get information. I was told a bunch of things that weren't true or just wasn't correct. I had to go around our loan officer to his boss and even still had major issues. With the reputation of NAF I am beyond surprised this was our experience. I understand for them its it's not personal selling this house but to my family and I this is our first home. I was very disappointed in what we received from them and the lack of communication. We had issues all the way up to even at our closing time . So in other words I would never recommend NAF to anyone. I can't believe this is how they conduct business and still stay in business. 10/10 disappointed in every aspect.

Actually do what you say your going to do. And when you tell someone a number that they are going to pay monthly, don't try and screw them over in the end. Be honest and don't try to blame your mistakes on other people, let alone the buyers. Buying a house is suppose to be a fun, exciting experience but this was by far the worst experience of my life. We called 2 days before closing to confirm with both Scott and Diana what our mortgage was going to be lang they confirmed the price they had been telling us the whole time but when it came down to closing day, the documents said it was $100 more a month than we were told and when we called Scott to confront him about it, he acted dumb and told us he never told us another number even tho he did multiple times as well as Diana. They told us we were making numbers up and trying to blame us befause they messed up and couldn't just be honest. The way we were treated and the way Scott talked to my wife was unacceptable and honestly no one should ever go through them bc people don't deserve that. In the end , actual communication about what is really going on, honesty and showing people just a little human decency Is what would have made it somewhat bareable

We were extremely optimistic when we began this process with Andrea and her team. We given a short timeline of two weeks with the promise of no issues, but that was far from the truth. We began in late April and closed mid June. We are extremely unhappy with the disorganization and errors that were made. Andrea told us our closing costs would be around $4000, but they ended up being $8000. We had to pay rate lock fees due to Andrea and Bonnie not gathering the correct information ahead of time. Andrea asked us to pay off a few debts in the beginning, which we did, and then wanted us to pay more at the end, due to micalculations on her end. in our closing documents, the wrong amounts are listed for the debts to be paid off. When we brought this up to Andrea, she said that's how she put them in the system and she didn't want to change it, even though they're inaccurate. Now we have to send checks and wait to be reimbursed because of the inaccurate balances. Bonnie would ask us every day for documents, lose them, and then ask us again. Near the end of her time working with us, she told us we were close, and then decided to take a two week vacation with no notice to us, and without sharing all of the documents she had collected with her team. We were promised multiple times that we would be closing and then we wouldn't. Andrea promised we would close before I left for a trip, and then we didn't. She blamed it on the title company, but once I spoke to them, they said it was her team. She then made it feel like it was my fault that we weren't able to close, and that we needed to get a notary outside of Colorado due to her disorganization, which we would be charged for. She assured us the weekend before I left that we would close , but ultimately we close after I got back because of the disorganization on her end. I feel as though we were misled and told in accurate information throughout this entire process. We had to text, call, and email multiple times to get any answers and repeatedly send documents that we had already sent. I would not recommend this company to anyone and it's even more upsetting that she came highly recommended to us.
