Lyndsey was helpful and pleasant at first. Once we went into the processing phase, she was impossible to get a hold of. She gave us wrong/misleading information and the entire process took way longer than she estimated... causing us to run into issues with coordinating our existing loan payments due. Now that we are finally set up to make 1st payment with auto pay, NAF has already sold our loan... which we specifically asked Lyndsey if they did a and she said they usually hold onto them. Liar.

Not sure who runs your credit, gives you an estimate and then doesn’t respond to any follow up emails. Maybe cause it looks like a ridiculous fee stacked in there... I’d expect the average mortgage lender to at least reach out after giving an estimate. Clearly doesn’t want my business.. waste of getting dinged on my credit. Avoid.

not loosing things sent over and over. When something is received acknowledge it so you don't wonder if it was received. sending emails back to me with my social and ect un masked. I sent it with password protection. this is why the number 1 source for identity theft is mortgage brokers according to source I read on the internet. Flat out lied about the approval I asked. Jane exemplified unprofessionalism from the day that my client's file was transferred to her. Everything was last minute, the communication wasn't efficient, there was always an excuse to why things weren't done or how it was someone else's fault. Our 11am closing didn't get closed until, 9pm because the file nor the funds weren't there. For a Monday morning closing everything should have been there by Friday evening. Completely unacceptable.

The first impression over the phone was very displeasing. Ms. Schatz seemed uninterested and unfocused on the conversation. After the first three conversations we did not hear from Ms. Schatz until the week of closing (about 30 days later); Matt was then in communication until the end. The customer service from everyone except for Matt was lacking terribly. There was lack of communication, lack of empathy and proper steps were not followed and explanations were not thorough.
