I just didnt feel like the coordination of everything was there, we submitted EVERYTHING on the first application but then we were asked to provide it again and again. I think I provided several documents 3 different times. It’s frustrating when you have a very stressful job on top of going through this stressful process. There has got to be a better way.

It's important that you ask as many questions as you need to be informed. Keep in mind underwriters and general staff don't always communicate, so if something isn't right don't guess everyone is on the same page. Nonetheless, all of your questions will be answered and any hiccups will be ironed out.
