NAF was abysmal. I would never recommend this company, the incompetence shown by the employees from every department is ridiculous.

Lee was amazing, anytime i I had questions she helped to the best of her ability. Neal, was great at first, up until the last week before closing. They messed up the paper work for my CD, had my mortgage payment on the CD listed at $1,015 , so I questioned why so much higher than expected,? I had to push to get him to investigate it, and he started getting agitated and pushed me to sign the CD even though the numbers were over by $150 ! once we for off the phone he did his research , called me back to let me know that they had fixed it, then proceeded to push and try to convince me to sign the original CD with the original numbers, and threatened me that if I didn't sign it , it WOULD , not could, delay closing . He attempted to push me into signing a bad contract that would have cost me $40,000 over the term of the home loan. Never again! Lee was great though!

Frank was so awesome. Paul never returned any requested calls from day one. on day one he told me he was my loan officer for life... what a joke. I would not recommend him or do any loans in the future with him. Frank was my guy with all the answers and made me feel really good with the relationship-- he needs a raise or promotion.

Communatuon would be nice to buyer and realtor. Was not a huge money property so i feel we didnt matter. Too many times of sending the same papers. We where told everything was good then everything fell spart. Very upsetting to me to. My realtor was the best. To better your service dont say its all good be truthful and communicate

I was lied to many times by John. Telling me things had been sent over to title company. But after talking with title company, things weren't sent. They held onto my money, after the sale of my house, until they couldn't. THEY came up with closing date of November 4th. Why would I close on a empty house, when I closed on my own house on October 24th?? Do you think I enjoyed paying out thousands of dollars for 5 adults and 3 dogs to be housed and fed?? Your company su!! I'll wait 2 years then jump ship to the first person that answers my call. Zo Cruz is a liar. Said he talked with my real estate agent Jay and he DIDN'T!! Your agents need to understand that we're not just numbers to some people. Jay and Tia treated us like family. I'll be leaving excellent reviews on them so other people will have the same feeling!! I will go on EVERY social platform i can, to worn as many as I can to stay away from this company. Where's my $500 promised credit that you said I would get, John?? Fukn liars!!

Duncan lied through the entire onboarding process and once he got me to initially sign I barely heard from him again. I was passed around like a leaf in the wind by NAF associates who did not communicatewith eachother nor with me. This was the most stressful and lengthy processout of the 5 Helocs or mortgages I've experienced. The level of incompetence at NAF is truly astounding. Never once over months of dealings with this team did anyone ever pick up their phone, I wouldhave to repeatedly call and leave voicemails or have people paged to get aholdof them. Then the qorum copany they used to do the final stage is completely incompetent and messed up the final docs, even had incorrect figures, delaying my funds. I inturn lost multiple properties I had bid on due to the lack of preparedness of these 2 parties. It cost me more in the long run due to lossin deposits and NAF forcing me to get an appraisal, even know I was told in the beginning by Duncan that this Rapid deployment HELOC did not ever need appraisals. The communication could have been way better than. It was. Constantly telling us everything is good to go, but turning around and having to resubmit our loan 3 different times. To top that off, didnt tell us our loan was being submitted again for the 3rd time til 2 days prior to our original closing date. On the day of closing couldn't give me a direct time because our loan was still being submitted to the underwriter. The Mobil notary was 1hour late from said closing time. Then to top it off we signed closing papers but with the holiday we are still having to wait on keys and funding. Overall a straight s*** show.

Terrible customer service. You literally do this everyday, how did you get every single thing wrong?
