Communication could have been bette. Email only communication makes the process little slow and left some and limit the overall understanding.

Keith was helpful and communicated with us to get to Closing, the issue i had was with Closing. We were delayed AT the closing table for 5 hours because of an oversight on the part of the UW department or Processing department on a simple verification of funds. It added an unnecessary level of stress to an otherwise fairly smooth process. That part was disappointing, however, we got it done. We appreciate the effort the team took to get us thru a tight closing schedule. Thank you.
