Wes didn't seem very punctual with emails and communication. I got the feeling he was too busy for us or didn't care about what we wanted. He just did what he needed to do to get us out the door.

i didnt know interlinc takes part in ‘selling your mortgage’ to other lenders. i would have been better aware had arturo and team diclosed this. instead they promised this scheme of ‘in house - no closing costs’ refinancing as part of the deal. i will not be recommending interlinc to friends and family. we do however really appreciate the market low interest rate that they got us being 5.9% and in less than 3 weeks notice.

return calls when we had questions, when you say you will be available to answer any questions and you are not.

In the end Mark was not understanding and made a comment that they service millions of mortgages and sorry that this was missed. Meaning there was something that was missed and the communication was lacking to the point a supervisor was involved. Mark made me feel the my small mortgage was not worth his time in the end. Thank god for Alberto for making the situation better.

the way you distribute the funds that i'm getting you choose your own way to pay off the credit card and issued a check under their name and have me mail each one of them. now a days most mortgage companies that i had in the past if i want to pay off my credit card they will pay them directly and not a check. it will take 7-10 business days for them to apply it in my account, these payment should be done by automatic transfer and not me mailing the checks. the other option that you should do is to wire all the money to me and i will pay it online for faster processing. now a days a lot of checks are missing in the mail and as of now some of my creditors did not received it yet and i got so worried. this should be avoided if you just trust me to do it my self since its my money anyway.

He was at a Veterans Affairs event; therefore, I thought he had my best interest in mind. I only wanted to pre-qualify for a loan amount. Once he pre-qualified me for the amount that I asked about, he ran started the loan process without telling me my options for getting the lowest interest rate from all lenders available. He ran a "hard credit report" before asking me, At the beginning, I kept saying do not run a credit report. I believe that once he saw my credit score and knew that I had a paid for house, he was just looking at "dollar signs" and forgot that he was found at a Veterans Affairs sponsored event. My wife did not like that David did not mention all of my options, especially a "FLOAT DOWN OPTION."

Communication started out reliable but dwindled as the process went on. Professionalism was lacking severely.
