While my loan officer was very personable and great at easing my anxiety during stressful moments, the actual management of my loan left a lot to be desired. Communication was consistently poor; I never felt like I had a clear understanding of the timeline or the overall process. I was forced to be the primary driver of communication, often having to call multiple times just to get a basic update. Because of the constant need to chase down answers, I wouldn't recommend their services to others

Timely Responses. Not feeling rushed and forced into signing documents I had to teach my self to understand. Not feeling as if I was just another commission they rushed thru with out explaining the process or explaining what I was signing just so they could close the deal.

There was over a month of delays. My grandson almost ended up homeless, and my dog literally died because of these delays. This has been the worst banking experience of my entire life.

Responing and uninown as to when anything was happenin. disappeared never told me timeframe except day one of when it would be complete. i have several things to do and unfortunately its it's all default now because of the unresponsive behavior. processing was never clear.

after closing, we ended up mailing all the payment ourselves. We still have the wrong check made up to the wrong creditor. Unacceptable! ):

Someone contacting me and going over paperwork so I didn't and still do feel as though I was taken advantage of. At a time that we should be happy, I'm definitely not! I should have stopped, and found someone else to get our loan from. This is our retirement funds that we were using. Nobody told us what our best options were. This whole experience has left me feeling disgusted by the way we were treated!
