Clear communication for all parties would have avoided delays. It was not a good expirience, but I got everthing I needed out of it, so I'm not mad. Just should have been a smoother process.

Loan was delayed. Cost me $345 in lodging. Documents sent in early October were sent by the closing attorney and lender said they didn't have them. They had actually been sent and was verified after sending date and time of email. Advised Oscar was out of country and no reponse to calls. Delays resulted in issues for all three parties involved as this was a contingent transaction.
