Review by Sandra J. Nakamura for Liz Collins

Completed transaction on January 13, 2026

Refinance took longer and was munch more expensive than expected . Communication was flawed . would have liked to know what I would have paid/lost if I cancelled. In the end I have a better rate , but will be digging myself out of a hole for a while . Ultimately, never felt I fully understood fully the reasoning behind choices, but felt dumb due to her often stating "i want to remind you... " or "as I stated before..." it would be my suggestion that if you have said the same thing multiple times and your client is still not comfortable or having difficulty understanding, try a different way or refer to someone else . I often felt like a nuisance.

Review by Naomi Apodaca for Richard Quintana

Completed transaction on January 7, 2026

I am on the listing side and did not have any communication with Richard Quintana. I have looked through emails and unable to find emails from the transaction he assisted with. I'm sure he is a great lender for buyers and works well with buyers agents, I just didn't have enough interaction to answer the survey any other way. Thank you!

Review by Carol Ann Conrad for Tim Brack

Completed transaction on January 4, 2026

Better communication about exactly what was expected for the repairs on the house. We thought we understood, but it kept coming back to us. Very frustrating. I felt Tim's frustration with us about it in the way he emailed with lots of shaming energy. It didn't feel like a very good experience. I'd find someone else next time if I ever had to do this again.

Thank you for your assistance. Reminder: Clients/customers are the life blood of a company. No revenue comes into a company unless it has customers or clients. Clients and customers are precious!

Review by Michael Ciolek for Jonathan Lindsey

Completed transaction on January 1, 2026

It started out very good and went downhill as we neared the closing process. There was quite a few instances that caused delays in closing that could have been avoided with a better level of communication. We had our closing delayed by a week due to a lack of communication between marvin and johnathan. Which ended up costing us over $1000.00 for the week. As Lori (Closing Agent) got involved we knew we would need a Power of Attorney. As we tried to problem solve before it became and issue Jonathan was unable to get us the information we needed because he was seemingly held up but Marvin. Which caused us to drive 15 hours round trip to get the POA(NOT PROVIDED BY MARVIN) in time. Only to get told it will not work and we need another one. Hours after our closing time and an issued CLEAR TO CLOSE. Marvin began requesting more documents that he should have already had to have a clear to close. The other issue was a lack of communication about the closing. The only time we heard anything other than a request for docs was through our realtor not Jonathan or Marvin. We also were never explanined to how or when to pay our cash to close. That was explained to us by Lori our closing agent. We were also under the impression at the begining that we would be working with agents in the MInnesota area and that was not the case. While I am so happy to be in our first home, the whole process is tainted by the frustration and even anger about the whole closing process. Needing to leave work only to find out the ball was dropped, and wasting hours sitting in the closing office and hearing nothing. Needing to spend more money on an Air BnB and boarding our Dog not through an error not on our end or through unforseen circumstances, but strictly through seeming negligence on the teams part.
