Communication is everything. When someone Is buying a house, you don't know if it's their first rodeo or not and they need to be handled with care to ensure they have the comfort level in understanding what they are being asked to sign. You shouldn't assume they know everything about the home buying process. I feel that the way things are communicated could be better. You are a knowledgeable person in your business. The loan was successful but no one was on the same page at Nations lending.

Any type of communication and guidance. Nick was the only helpful person throughout the process with Movement, but unfortunately we barely worked with him, as we were forced to work with Evan Walkwitz and Spirit Souza. Both of them were extremely difficult to contact, and we didn’t feel supported or guided through anything. The communication was baffling and I am incredibly disappointed. Buying a home is a HUGE process, and this only made it disheartening and infuriating.

I reached out to Nick a few times. He did get back to be sometimes but other times I received no response at all. I was somewhat disappointed.

The whole experience felt like it was all over the place, never felt like we had undivided attention. Most conversations included unsure information and feedback. Made me wonder if she even knew the correct process or information without being infront of the computer. Never met in person so there was no real connection. There's no way we will recommend someone we never met once in person. Fees were through the roof and had to fight to get some type of help.

Communication is what i asked for from the beginning. There was a lack of that and it took me getting very frustrated and looking elsewhere for financing needs prior to getting communicated with. Communication between Nina and Shawn seem to be hit or miss. I explained several times that I would like weekly updates, just to check in and let me know at process report. Did not happen. Requirements of me were not made clear until last moment. It was a constant roller coaster. If I could do it again I'm not sure if I would? But it's done and we will see how the rest of my expertise goes with the handling of my home loan now.
