The purpose of our refinance was to remove our son from the deed and loan. Interest in property was to be joint husband and wife: 1. Initially, paperwork was incorrect containing wrong address to be refinanced (address was a former address we had sold in 2015). 2. Further, documents to be signed with notary were also incorrect. Documents still contained our son's name. Eventually, these were corrected, but delayed the closing process.

Single communication chain, request from multiple individuals was confusing. Assistants in process seemed unknowledgeable, only going by procedure and not situational context. More cohesion overall

Just the level of communication from Anthony and his team members was not very good. Felt like, at times they were not professional. Needs to work on allowing more time for things to be submitted. Many times thru the process seemed like things needed to be done ASAP, and felt pressured.
