They were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue with USDA ,however I was very disappointed in not receiving the final closing disclosure. I was not made aware that it was different from the one I received which caused my cash to close to be more . Full disclosure would have been nice.

Last loan financing went very well and on time; this one I lost over a weekend a good "hold" on the financing rate due to so called missunderstanding. Additionally the underwritering was tedious and very picky
