The rotation of loan officers made the process long and unstable. once I started working with Travis it became better. However it was difficult to communicate with all loan processors throughout the entire lenght of the process. I needed to leave many voice mails and emails.

It's unfair to rate my experience. Jennifer was great but had an emergency that then required we work with someone else who was not very organized and a totally different person, then suddenly right when we were about to close Jennifer was back again. It was just a lot of switching back and forth. There was lots of issues with the portal, then the new portal, then the old portal and docs going missing and it was frustrating to have so many changes through the process

The professionalism was great but needing exact documentation when I provided paperwork was a problem. Then not knowing who to talk to was an issue . I would send and email them i I was told that someone else is in charge of the loan.
