I felt that I was left hanging in the wind at closing. At closing I was being asked for Documents. First the lender pushed it back a day, then they when we were sitting at the table pushed 2hrs more, then an additional two hours. Then the lack of communication that last week was horrible. Then the night before closing asking for documents I had already sent weeks before. Made the experience horrible. I will never use an out of state lender again and will advise my friends and family the same.

Loan officer was extremely difficult to get ahold of and I only heard from him if he needed something, not vice versa. Lines of communication need to be open both ways.
