Al is not trustable. Has no work ethic. He processed our home loan in 2013 with new american funding. He cornered us with a bad loan. As a consequence, we have been suffering increase on our home payment ' he took our money at the time. When we noticed some of the numbers for the loan were not making sense. We tried retracting from the purchase, he altered the loan numbers making it seem he had adjusted the numbers to our benefit and it was done legaly• couple months after we ocupied our home we started getting outstanding balances from home insurance. We were being asked to pay property taxes that should have been covered during the loan process anyway , I can just keep going, about this individual's lack of morals and values. Why is he still workin with new american funding? Not sure , but they did not seemed to concerned when we tried putting a complaint.

I feel the process could have been smoother and more organized. We were disappointed with all the back and forth requests for additional information daily. In the end there were still inconsistencies from what was originally discussed. We are happy to be done with everything

completely dropped the ball on everything. was one of the worst experiences with a lender in 15ys. would not return phone calls to my self of the clients. Didn't order appraisal for over 3 weeks into the deal. Delayed the Deal by over 30 days.

My Loan didn't seem to be very important to them and received no attention until the last minute. The day before I was supposed to close I was emailed (not called) I would need to put 30% down instead of the 20% I had been planning on. This is something that should've been pointed out from the very beginning. The communication was terrible. The closing was delayed causing hotel and other expenses. What should have been a simple transaction was not. Very unprofessional.

I have never had such a terrible experience buying a home. Dates were promised and missed Escrow closed 15 days late. we had to do 3 extensions the sellers were ready to walk away was I. I was told he would call me back in 15 minutes. I never received that call back. Communication was terrible. I got more help from a Senior Loan Processor, Robert Carabajal Than I did from Ron. We got a clear to close on Friday September 4 I signed docs on the 5th and on the 8th I was called for more documents.
