Tom Ramirez is a someone that you would call a car salesman, he promises you the world and gives you the stars and at the end smashes everything you've thought was going good. My wife and I were promised so many things with Tom and he literally lied his whole way till we finally got rid of him and went with another loan officer who actually brought us up to speed and went strong for us right at the perfect time. Tom is someone you want to keep far away. His people are very rude and they don't assume responsibility and aren't caring in any way possible. Fund a better loan officer. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.

I was the worse experience ever this was not my first buy. but Rosario was full of lies changing on the interest rate on and off. false information when closing i just wanted to get it over with. I was owned a Credit not ever half was return to me. all her supervisor where clue less. Please beware with this company they are just to take your money. the logo is all a lie.

Great attention up front but soon to lack customer service. Takes days and almost a week for her to respond. If you are looking for good customer service, I recommend waiting for her to remember the value of a client. I hate writing negative reviews but I don't want anyone else to be as frustrated as we are with her lack of responsiveness.

We had several concerns with our loan and tried to reach out to Ms. Luisa Rosales and never heard back. Since sadly our loan officer was rarely available to answer our concerns. We are very disappointed as to how our file was mishandled, at the end of the transaction the numbers quoted were a lot higher than what was initially quoted. I would truly never recommend anyone, and hope the next client does not go through the nightmare we just went through. Marbella, however was very pleasant.

i was being lied to about when the first payment would come up. i have the proof to show that i was lied to. I would double check with her and still i was being lied to. Her final excuse was " i am assuming i thought we were closing in April. I don't remember I have a lot of loans and we can't always remember to keep track when first payment is". Even after i signed the paper work that said may 1st payment, she still told me 1st payment would be June 1st. I have text for all of this.
